PGPA can connect you with trusted external lending partners who offer innovative solutions, including 105% loans for owner-occupiers and 106% loans for investors. These loans may allow eligible borrowers to finance the full purchase price of the property and more to cover Lenders Mortgage Insurance, to help minimise upfront costs.
This means you could move forward without needing a traditional large deposit, subject to lender assessment and approval criteria.
